Human beings will never be satisfied will we?

Well, myself at least.

Singapore, is too hot, not used to standing on the left, is too hot, does not have enough wind, people walk too slowly, is too hot, cannot wear scarf, cannot wear boots, is too hot, is too crowded, lectures are too big, is too hot, humidity is bad for hair, does not have transport cap, too hot for coffee or hot chocolate, IS TOO DAMN HOT.

But then again it is nice to be home. It's nice not to have to cook for myself and eat the same vegetable for 4 days ina row. It's nice that our transportation is fast and efficient. I love the central library! All the little things makes Singapore home, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I miss the UK and SEP and it was a wonderful experience for my muchly un-exciting life. It made me step out from my various comfort zones, that not all strangers are bad. Some are actually very fun to get to know! I want to go back, but I feel content for now. =D

But that period of my life is closed and another semester of NUS has begun. Everything is familar and yet foreign. It takes me some time to recall where AS4 is, where my modules are going to be. Accessing IVLE instead of LUVLE.

This term is an important term for me and the will to study is, as usual in the start of the term, on a high. I hope it actually lasts this time. But taking 6 modules this semester means a certain amount of discipline is needed. The fact that I actually have non-examinable modules is a relief, yet not. These modules tend to require CONSTANT hard work, instead of a last spurt at the end.

arrgh.  Also, falling ill. Or have become ill. My eyes and head hurt.
