It's Oktoberfest today! So exciting!!!!!!!!!!! =DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
We're in the last stretch of our backpacking trip! Last country! Germany! I feel like I've been travelling for ages though. Meeting people of all ages of all countries and of all races.
I've truely understood the difference between nationality and race. That there can be no real language barriers. That stereotypes may be more accurate than you realise. The difference between welfare and efficiency. A different type of tolerance.
Travelling to a destination is meaningless without the journey.

HELLO FROM VIENNA.
I LOVE VIENNA. IT'S VERY COOL AND VERY FUN AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY WELCOMING.
I just wish it would stop raining.
Seriously, sometimes I'm so cold I just shiver so badly it's not funny. Sometimes all I wanna do is curl up in a coffee shop, drink coffee and take several cat naps.
This is entirely not good for my backpacker's budget. XD
Anyways...last I updated I was in...Florence?
After that was Rome (very hot and so much history. <3) and Venice (so pretty! and quaint! like a movie set!) and now Vienna! Finally met up with Tze Khee so it's us three backpacking now.
It feels weird still travelling and having slightly less then 2 weeks more of travelling when people are having mid-sem or have already started school. All I've been doing is travelling round Europe. Also now that I've no more homesickness (BUT I STILL <3 AND MISS EVERYBODY) I kind of have the travelling bug. I want to go to Turkey! and Prague!
Did you know? Vienna has Opera toilets. XD

Hello hello from ITALY, FLORENCE!
First thing first, ITALY IS HOT. LIKE SINGAPORE HOT.
I was missing Singapore's heat in Paris but now I take it all back! It's really really hot and dry. This means I have to drink lots of water!
The hostel I'm staying in is pretty cool! And they have internet service which I love. I'm crossing my fingers that the Rome hotel is just as good!
OH! Yesterday was the first time I took an overnight train from Paris to Florence! It was a very very unique expereince! HAHAHAS. I never want to sleep in the bottom bed ever again!
Visited the leaning tower in Pisa, it was such a surreal experience. It's like there really is a leaning tower! Hahahas. We had lots of fun taking retarded pictures with it!!! XD
